Occupational Therapy served as my initial career choice after graduating from high school. Having spent over two decades working with patients across diverse domains, I felt a growing desire for change. I developed a profound appreciation for the significance of physical movement and proper nutrition in promoting overall well-being and optimal health. Upon entering a patient's room, I could immediately discern whether they had neglected their self-care throughout the years or if they had conscientiously prioritized their body's ability to withstand injury, illness, and the natural aging process.
Exercise and nutrition have always played integral roles in my personal life, and my experiences have solidified my passion for nurturing both the mind and body. Throughout my journey, sports, physical activity, and dietary choices have occupied prominent positions. As a soccer player for 14 years and the daughter of a father afflicted with cardiovascular disease, I have amassed over a decade of expertise in the nutrition and fitness industry. I currently hold my CrossFit Level 3 (CF-L3), Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PNL1), and Precision Nutrition Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Level 1 (PNL1-SSR). Transitioning away from the medical field, my primary focus now lies in empowering each and every client to attain their individual health and wellness objectives. I aim to educate them on the significance of making incremental changes and guide them toward achieving newfound FREEDOM in their daily lives.
